Dear Juno,
My name is Alie, I am a 17 year old girl, and I have to say I was very impressed with
your decision to give your baby up for adoption. I think it’s cool that you were able to go through
with the pregnancy and help Vanessa have your “little miracle.”
Although I feel like you were very brave and mature about taking the baby all the way to
full term and giving it up for adoption, you should’ve told Bleaker to wear a condom or you
should’ve been on the pill, or both! It was very stupid of you for not thinking ahead of what the
consequences would be for not using protection. I mean for goodness sakes, you had sex just
because you were bored?! This is one of those things where you should be mature enough to
handle all of the emotional and physical damage that could come of this act. You could’ve won
yourself an STD.
You definitely should’ve been smarter about your decision, but I still think that it was
very brave of you to go through with carrying the baby instead of just secretly getting an
abortion and hiding any evidence of the incident. I completely understand why a woman in your
position would get an abortion but I think that it takes a particularly strong person to be able to
be pregnant for nine months just to give their baby to someone else and not being able to see it. I
think that being in the situation of having an unwanted pregnancy is a difficult situation to be in,
but it doesn’t make you a bad person for any of the decisions you make. It is up to you what you
want to happen to the baby because you’re the one who has to carry it, but if you decide too late
that you don’t want it, you should have to give birth to it and give it to someone who actually
wants it, instead of killing it when it’s almost ready to be delivered. That isn’t right and everyone
knows it.

Hope the orgasm was worth it,
